As everything sold on our site is available in stock you can rest assure your items will arrive as quickly as possible. We currently do not service international destinations as the products being offered on this site are designed and complied with relevant Australian and NZ standards. They are not intended for use in other countries outside of Australia and New Zealand.

Tracking of ordersParcels are able to be tracked via the Australia Post website. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email including tracking number and instructions once your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you need further assistance please email us at sales@lightupaustralia.com.au or alternatively call our sales hotline on 1300 765 456 for assistance. If your parcel hasn't arrived please first check with your local post office as it may be waiting for collection. Parcels are taken to the nearest post office if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery when no one is present.
Stock AvailabilityWe wish to mention to our online customers that our stock levels are dynamic and change frequently; therefore in rare cases some items may not be available upon order. Generally Items listed as available are in stock but in some very rare cases if unavailable, upon receiving the order the customer may choose to wait until the backorder arrives from our suppliers or may accept a refund.
Conditions of DeliveryWe deliver using Australia post Eparcel. A signature is required on all deliveries and therefore someone must be present to accept the consignment. If not, Australia Post will leave a note and the package will be taken to the nearest post office for later collection by you. For this reason we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that is available during business hours.
RefundsPlease Choose Carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a Refund, Exchange or credit where goods: - Are faulty
